Today I walked through Pitt Meadows. As a resident of the northern part, in the farm lands, I don’t make it to the southern part that often. Walking along the Fraser River and then through Osprey Village, I was overwhelmed by the quaint picturesque scene in front of me. People enjoying themselves on the patio, hardly any traffic, beautiful gardens and a friendly atmosphere, I was reminded of my adventures in the Mediterranean (the warm weather influenced that even more). I felt drawn to the beauty in front of me.
The northern part is of course lovely too, with kilometres of trails along the dykes, wetlands, farmlands. That’s where you get the fresh air, enjoy nature in all its peace and quiet!
The best of two worlds, right here in Pitt Meadows.
