I was 12 when my Dad moved us to Pitt Meadows in 1970. My Dad‘s job moved us around BC from Prince George to Chilliwack to Sardis then Pitt Meadows. Dad moved us home to Katzie. I must admit it was culture shock for me but I worked to adapt. As a result I became the first Katzie to graduate from PMSS 1976. Today I still live here and raised 5 wonderful children. They too all graduated PMSS. The main thing that struck me was how nice everybody is in Pitt Meadows. We got to know most everyone in the early years today that feeling still exists. Such a nice little town. I believe it is the best in the west. All my relations.
