BACKGROUND
The draft North Lougheed Area Plan introduces policies to guide heritage protection and new development in the North Lougheed Area. The policies aim to accommodate growth and change within the North Lougheed Area in a sustainable and forward-looking way.
As a draft, these are not the final policies for the North Lougheed Area Plan. Instead, they have been prepared to move the project forward and to gather community feedback that will help shape the final Area Plan.
The draft Area Plan has been summarized in a two-page backgrounder, available at this link: Draft Area Plan Backgrounder
The full draft Area Plan is also available, at this link: Draft Area Plan
